Please provide detailed insights into your conference and event spaces, including capacities for various setups, and the number and capacities of your dedicated breakout rooms. Additionally, we are keen to understand the different business models you offer for conferences, such as all-inclusive bundles, venue rental with individual bookings, or hybrid models, along with any other flexible payment structures for large group events.
In addition to your venue's physical attributes and business offerings, we would appreciate details on your typical booking lead times, preferred dates within the next 12-24 months, and your flexibility regarding mid-week versus weekend events and pricing variations. We also ask that you highlight essential on-site amenities and services beneficial for conference attendees and organizers, including A/V support, internet access, catering, accessibility features, transportation, parking, and business center services. Finally, in 150 words or less, please articulate what distinguishes your venue and makes it an ideal partner for a DSA conference.
